1. Limited product warranty

a. The Products shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and use in accordance with the respective Product user manual, during the Warranty Period.

b. Damages arising from non-compliance with the instructions related to the use of the Product are excluded.

All products that meet the above conditions have a 5-year warranty.

2.Remedies

If a hardware defect is found within the Warranty Period, the Product will be either (1) replaced, or (2) refunded, depending on your needs.
